Refund policy

If the Tag Hunter handbook doesn't help you within 30 days of buying it, email us and we'll refund you in full.

How to ask for a refund

• Email support@taghunterhq.com within 30 days of your purchase.
• Put [TH-K7Q4] and your order number in the subject line. The email links on this site fill the code in for you.
• Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or include your order number from the receipt.
• We'll confirm and issue the refund to your original payment method.

How long it takes

We start the refund as soon as we confirm it. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank, card issuer or PayPal.

Who handles the payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for your order. Lemon Squeezy may also issue a refund under its own policies. If you've already been refunded, there's nothing more to do.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. It's faster than a card dispute, and we'd rather fix it.

After a refund

Once refunded, please stop using the handbook and delete your copies.
