Privacy policy

Short version: we collect very little. We don't set cookies of our own, we don't run ads, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• When you buy: checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. They collect your name, email, billing country and payment details. We never see your card number. We receive your order details, such as your email address and country, so we can deliver the handbook and support you.
• When you ask for the free Spotter Card: your email address. It's stored with our email service provider, Brevo, and used to send you the card and one follow-up email. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To keep bots out, the sign-up form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is using it. The card is a download link, and anyone who has the link can open it.
• When you email us: your address and whatever you write, so we can reply.
• Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site, count visits and protect it from attacks.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own. The Lemon Squeezy checkout may set cookies it needs to process your payment. If you use the Spotter Card form, Cloudflare Turnstile loads on the page to run its bot check and may use your browser's storage for that purpose only. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it does not use cookies or local storage, does not track you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you. It reports things like which page was viewed, the referring site, your browser and device type, and your country. We use it only to see how many people visit and which pages work.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site work: Lemon Squeezy (payments and delivery), Brevo (the free Spotter Card emails), and Cloudflare (hosting, visit counts and the Turnstile bot check). They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as the law requires. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing support@taghunterhq.com.

Children

Tag Hunter is not aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
