1. Agreement. By purchasing from Tag Hunter, you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying. The Clearance Hunter Handbook is a digital publication delivered as a downloadable PDF. You are buying a personal licence to read and use it, not ownership of its contents.

3. What you may do. Download the file, keep your own copies, print it for personal use.

4. What you may not do. Resell, redistribute, share, upload, publish or repackage the handbook or any part of it. Do not share your download link. Do not use the contents to create a competing product.

5. Intellectual property. All text, layout and graphics in the handbook remain the property of Tag Hunter.

6. No guarantee of results. The handbook is informational. Store practices, markdown schedules, tagging conventions and return policies vary by location and change without notice, and some of what the handbook describes is drawn from shopper and former-employee accounts that the retailer has never confirmed. Nothing here guarantees any particular price, discount or saving.

7. Not affiliated with TJX. Tag Hunter is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by or connected to TJX Companies, Inc., T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods or Sierra. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the retailer being discussed.

8. Pricing. Prices are in USD and may change at any time. Changes do not affect completed purchases.

9. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the handbook is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
